And/Or
His poems furnish no surprise
and that is where his boredom lies.
His dreary quotidian life
has no peaks of joy and/or strife.
I find that i really don’t care
how he is living and/or where.
His sex life and a cigarette
i am most likely to forget.
A hobo’s life is more thrilling
and a dog’s life more fulfilling.
I’d like it better anyway
if he just had something to say
and/or his being excited
and/or in love and delighted.
