The World Is Not Enough
That’s right, the world is not enough;
when we talk of spiritual stuff.
We can talk about covenants
but they have little relevance
to the cosmos we may perceive
when we talk about what we believe.
A community of nations
is only public relations.
Brotherly love is a lot more
than things for which we go to war.
Cosmic consciousness is the way
we live our lives from day to day.
An armistice or a treaty
is less than serving the needy.
