Immortality Unconstrained
If the world were to end tonight
my body would die, but i might
survive on a different plane
where i would start living again.
Above or below time or place
there lives another human race;
unconstrained by vague measurements
of either past or present tense.
There is a cosmic consciousness
of which we are a part, i guess,
which has no end or beginning;
a game all of us are winning.
So, somewhere on the other side
live our loved ones whose bodies died.
