To Switch It On
I pulled my earlobe
and there it was;
spread out B4 me,
all of the akashic field.
All of human knowledge
from prior ages
into an undetermined future.
Now, with a six hundred dollar
computer and a browser
i could access everything.
Now, an egghead professor
could really know it all.
But, what can we do with it?
One act of human kindness
can surmount this vast treasure.
A stream of self-consciousness
can better tell us who we are.
Matter without magnetism
cannot possibly exist.
All knowledge is useless
if there is no life force
or smidgen of imagination.
However, in the akashic field
we may find how it all began.
The rest is history;
or perhaps not.
