Of Course We Can
I suppose there is some
reason we should hide from
our own inadequacies
but not get down on our knees.
We need some humility
for lack of ability
but not always be afraid
of the mistakes we have made.
Perhaps no one is aware
of how much we really care.
We know from past evidence
we can acquire competence.
We can learn how to do it
if we only stick to it.
