Eclipse 2 B
The moon refused to go away
despite this bright sunshiny day
and a few dark stars could be seen
while the sky was a bluish green.
      Someone said the sky was falling
      and frightened chickens were calling.
      An eclipse may be where we are
      according to my calendar.
But it’s only a paper moon
which will disappear very soon
so the sun can come out to play
altho the chickens ran away.
      This event doesn’t surprise me.
      It’s how it is supposed 2 B.
