The Possibilities Of Love
Perhaps a moral philosophy
is a guide to our destiny.
It suggests consequences of
acting out of brotherly love.
Nothing can be more relevant
to our morals than good intent.
We think our lives should be fun
without harming anyone.
Only gods can be indifferent
to acts which we, as mortals, resent,
and, can love unsexually
without hate or complexity.
But, with random acts of kindness.
we can leave ill will behind us.
