Laughter Is A Full-Grown Smile
The world isn’t really out there
but inside, if it’s anywhere.
The world which i know has to be
what i can sense self-consciously.
So, what i want to go after
can often be found in laughter
for that is the way i see life.
I love life like i loved my wife.
She is gone but i remember
her laugh like a glowing ember,
ready to set my life on fire.
There was nothing i would deny her.
Resounding laughter, not just a grin
is what our lives felt like back when.
