The Attitude of Love
It is impossible to say
whether life is better today.
But, we can try to make it so.
That is the way we ought to go.
“Who tells us what we oughta do?”
is the response i get from you.
I only know with certainty
how attitude has worked for me.
It is only with kind intent
that my admonishments are meant.
Every time i find a cure
which i don’t think is bull manure
I feel a duty to let you know.
It may only be bullshit though.
