An Association With Gods
Are gods imaginary characters
in our novels of life?
Does mankind’s search for the holy grail
produce these characters for whom we search?
The almighty God may satisfy the longing
for assurance that we are capable of
brotherly love.
Our novels and/or autobiographies
tend to provide answers to the paradox we
face when our theories seem Incomplete.
My present conception of gods as ideas,
ideals, aspirations, complexities and
indifference tends to refute the idea of one
God who is an anthropormorphic superman.
Therefore i am incapable of worshiping
some imaginary idol.
Our novels are the continuous stream
of consciousness in which we live. This perspective of ourselves and the world around
us is filtered through the lens of our past
experiences and our sensory observation.
It is not surprising that we are all different.
This leads us to the idea of relativity.
Perhaps there is no absolute truth. However,
our sixth sense,or intuition, tells us there is a tao;
some incontrovertible how and why there is
an obvious synergy in the universe.
I suspect that an atheist is someone who
doubts the narrowly defined super man.
I’m not an atheist. I embrace the idea of
gods, many gods. They are not all either good
or evil, but, of necessity, indifferent.
