Appreciation and Applause
There is a beauty for which we strive
which makes it worth while to be alive.
Simply because we don’t see it now
doesn’t dispute beauty of the tao.
The way ev’rything works together
tells us that beauty is forever.
Whether we’re able to see it–or not
depends on what vision we have got.
It is the viewer and not the thing
which can make beauty keep happening.
But the artist cannot be forgot,
he encourages beauty a lot.
Appreciation is a duty
for people enjoying the beauty.
